"We're doing 4 buff on the boss and that usually give us 15 seconds on the first conflag which is far enough time to kill it. But when it comes to the second conflag, after running a macro that starts a timer on my second monitor, it seems that the conflag blows up after 10 to 12 seconds with only 4 buffs."

"Even conflags (2, 4, 6, etc…) are shorter than odd conflags (1, 3, 5, etc…)."

"Don't use any CD for Odd conflag, and pop CD for Even conflag. You should see Odd's die in ~7 GCD and the Even's die in ~5 GCD."
